Serge Mouille Three-Arm Rotating Standing Lamp in Black, purchased from Hollace Cluny.
A work of art by one of the most influential French designers of the 20th century. Serge Mouille was a master metalworker who created elegant and sculptural lighting fixtures that are now highly sought-after by collectors and design enthusiasts. He designed this three-arm standing lamp in 1953 as a response to the overly complicated Italian designs of the time. It features three flexible black steel arms that can be adjusted and rotated to create different lighting effects. The aluminum shades have a distinctive 'chapeau' shape and create a soft and warm glow with a white interior that contrasts beautifully with the black body and brass hardware details. The lamp stands on a sturdy tripod base, wonderfully tall at 83" high.
